The Podiatric Residency (PMSR/RRA) program in southeastern Michigan focuses on rearfoot and forefoot surgical procedures and pathology with multiple attendings to provide clinical and surgical training for residents. Residents are involved in patient care throughout the process, from the initial clinical examination to post-operative management. The program also includes a wound care center rotation one-half day per week. In Trenton, Michigan, visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities such as Elizabeth Park, which offers scenic views of the Detroit River and walking trails. The city is also home to numerous restaurants, museums, and shopping centers.
