This podiatric medicine and surgery residency program provides comprehensive training in forefoot and rearfoot surgery, orthopedic trauma with a focus on foot and ankle, wound care, and pediatrics in both urban and suburban settings. The patient population is diverse, including those with Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. In addition to clinical and surgical training, the program emphasizes practice management and real-world patient care. The program values diversity and does not discriminate based on race, color, sex, religion, creed, national origin, age, or disability. As for activities in Chicago, residents can enjoy a variety of attractions, including the Art Institute of Chicago, Navy Pier, Willis Tower, and Millennium Park.
