Attendings/Residents/Students (lifestyle, criticism, aura): Attendings and students were encouraging

Didactics: Weekly, but for some reason I went during an off month so I only went to one

OR Experience: Amazing to see residents doing so well with complex ankle fracture patterns and MIS cases. Dr. Stabile does some pretty cool TAR cases at NUMC as well.

Clinic Experience: So nice to be active in such a fast-paced clinic environment at both LIJ-FH and NUMC.

Research Opportunities: There is opportunity to sow and they typically place at conferences with their research talks

City Life: Between queens and LI, there is much to explore.

Favorite Part: I enjoyed all the opportunities, including the conference the month I went.

Constructive Criticism: I would simply say the academics as a biased individual who simply lucked out for the month with off weeks for academics due to travel weeks and conferences. Other than that perhaps an on-call day to experience life of a resident here.
